Withdraw from contract

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract you concluded here online within 14 days without giving any reason. You can do this easily online.

  1. 1. Enter your name, order number and email address
  2. 2. Click “Vertrag widerrufen” (withdraw) and then “Widerruf bestätigen” (confirm)
  3. 3. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email with date and time

We will refund the amount paid within 14 days. If you asked us to start before the end of the withdrawal period, we will deduct the share for the service already provided. The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses.

Hier kannst Du Deinen Vertrag als Verbraucher innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist von 14 Tagen online widerrufen. Gib dazu Deinen Namen, die Bestellnummer (steht in Deiner Buchungsbestätigung) und Deine E-Mail-Adresse für die Eingangsbestätigung an.
